When you first make a new acquaintance is there any way to know if they have any criminal tendencies? It is very difficult to tell if someone is or isn't trustworthy without access to the proper information. Also, criminals can fake their own personal details that they provide to others allowing them to deceive and ultimately victimize others later on.
